About This Course
Identification and management of risks is an integral part of strategic business planning. Not all risks faced by businesses are of equal importance and criticality. Organisations well-informed of risks are more effective in deciding the allocation and prioritisation of resources required for managing risks. With a structured and robust business risk assessment framework, organisations are more informed in making decisions on prioritising risks and allocating critical resources according to their impact and severity to the business.
