Contract and Vendor Management for Technology Solutions
About This Course
Effective vendor management of technology solutions providers plays an important part in organisations. If done well, it helps to maximise operational efficiencies and financial performance while mitigating financial risks. The scope of work should include on-the-ground inspection and independent assessment of vendor performance during the service engagement lifecycle - from sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing monitoring to vendor relationship off-boarding.
