About This Course
This course is module 3 of the larger “Digital Transformation and Leadership Programme” organised by Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University. This unique leadership programme consists of 3 modules of 4 days each:
• Leading Innovation Module - Innovation and Digital Transformation for Business
• Leading Business Module - Finance, AI and Analytics for Management
• Leading People Module - Transformational Leadership amid Disruption
The Digital Transformation and Leadership Programme aims to equip experienced professionals from science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) sector as well as other sectors with essential skills in innovation, strategy and digital transformation along with management, leadership and communication competencies so that they are better prepared to lead teams to achieve organisational success in the digital age. This programme helps professionals transition from domain knowledge experts to business and people managers as they advance in their careers in the digital economy.

Entry Requirements
Though there is no fixed qualification required, executives from any industry with a degree/diploma from any discipline with 5 or more years of work experience will be able to better appreciate the course contents.
