This two-day intensive course equips business and domain specialists to harness agentic AI systems that plan, act and learn, all without needing deep programming expertise. Participants will learn to design, prototype, and safely launch agents that streamline knowledge work, customer support, and internal operations.
The programme utilises low and no-code tooling built on LangChain, workflow mapping via LangGraph, and the new open standard Model Context Protocol (MCP). It focuses on building conceptual fluency and converting ideas into working agents, ending with a live showcase. The course highlights how LangGraph’s cyclical graph runtime simplifies complex workflows, and how MCP enables agents to securely tap into enterprise data and tools - capabilities now being integrated into Windows and cloud stacks.
