CoC in Gen AI for Effective Information Retrieval
About This Course
This course equips participants with skills and knowledge firstly to effectively use Large Language Model (LLM) chat tools for productivity gains at the workplace. Subsequently, the course will teach participants how to query existing data such as documents, spreadsheets and other files using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) technique. Combined together, the participants will be able to improve on their operation in the office workspace.
On completion of the course, participants should be able to apply the skills and knowledge to operations in their workplace, improving work efficiency and accuracy. Such skills learned are transferrable to other Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) platforms.

Entry Requirements
