Using Generative Artificial Intelligence (eg, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot) technology in the corporate world offers real value and can be used to create new and creative solutions. Professionals no longer need technical expertise to master artificial intelligence (AI) and leverage it as a competitive advantage. An AI professional is someone who is able to do due diligence, adopt and adapt a new generation of AI apps as well as use these applications within their organisations ethically and responsibly. By the end of this certificate programme, participants will have a solid understanding of the practical uses of generative AI, the ethical, discriminatory and privacy issues and how to use it responsibly. Entry Requirements
