Entry Requirements
Academic Level Required:
• Applicants must be Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or LTVP+ holders aged 21 and above, holding a Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline, preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or Business. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a business function such as operations, finance, HR, sales, or marketing, with familiarity in key workflows and performance metrics.
• Applicants should demonstrate project-management and stakeholder-coordination experience, involvement in process improvement or workflow optimisation (preferably with Lean Six Sigma exposure), and proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate-to-advanced level. Strong logical reasoning, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with familiarity with Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. Commitment to complete all modules, participate in employability initiatives, and pursue suitable roles upon programme completion is required.
Language Proficiency:
• Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6
