About This Course
For the past decade, many industries (including government) have been transformed by digital technology. Businesses across the board are concerned about being disrupted by technology.
This course focuses on Information Technology (IT) trends, digital transformation strategies, and organisational change management. It aims to provide participants with the understanding needed to leverage the latest IT trends for business transformation. During the course, participants will work on an outline of their organisation’s digital transformation strategy, which they can apply within their own organisation.
The aim of the course is to equip participants with a methodology for building a digital transformation strategy for their organisation and to help implement this strategy not just from a technology perspective, but also from a business and organisational change perspective. This, in turn, is intended to enhance participants' ability to deliver strategic value to their organisation or improve their prospects in the job market.
