About This Course
On completion of the module, students should be able to produce interior space planning and layout with the knowledge of spatial as well as work requirements of interior spaces.
Space Planning (ID43003FP) is one of the modules leading to Higher Nitec in Services – Interior & Product Design (Enhanced Curricular Structure).
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
GCE 'O' level grades in English Language and 2 other subjects:
Grade 1-7 in English Language
Grade 1-8 in two other subjects
To be eligible for selection, you must have sat for
E-Maths or A-Maths; or
Nitec in Services/Technology qualifications; or
Nitec qualifications; or
WPLN5 in Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing and Numeracy, and 1-year relevant work experience; or
Completed four Foundation modules
Applicants who do not meet the above entry requirements will need to complete Foundation modules before taking Core/Specialisation modules.
Entry requirements for Foundation modules:
Completed GCE ‘N’ or GCE ‘O’ Level; or
WPLN5 in Speaking and Listening, and WPLN4 in Reading and Numeracy
Applicants applying for this course must be free from colour appreciation deficiency. A score of 100% from the Colour Blindness Test taken at https://colormax.org/color-blind-test is mandatory for course admission.
