About This Course
By the end of this course, participants can expect to:
• Create a vanilla website with just HTML, CSS, and JS, and understand how the three of them work together to form a website
• Able to compare and contrast between current popular web frameworks: React, Angular, and Svelte
• Understand fundamentals of React and advanced React topics
• Understand how different components in the React Ecosystem work together and affect one another
• Create a fully functional front-end website with React
• Compare and contrast the pros and cons between React and Svelte that does not use Virtual Dom
What You'll Learn
The course will provide an overview of (1) CSS , which is the language used to style an HTML document, (2) HTML, which is the standard markup language for creating Web pages, (3) React, which is a JavaScript library for building user interfaces, single page applications and create reusable UI components and (4) Web build tools which is important for continuous debugging and development, and maintaining a clean code practice. Participants will learn through hands-on practice and will also focus on real-world applications.
