ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor Practitioner (Classroom & Asynchronous)
About This Course
This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to conduct and lead a full audit of an organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Through a structured, step-by-step approach, participants will gain confidence in auditing practices aligned with internationally recognized standards, including ISO 19011: Guidelines for auditing management systems.
Ideal for professionals seeking to enhance their auditing capabilities, this course supports the development of practical skills and strategic insight to improve organizational performance and quality assurance.
The course comprises two components: a 4-hour asynchronous eLearning module covering the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, followed by a 5-day in-person classroom training focused on the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor curriculum. Participants who successfully complete both the eLearning and classroom sessions, and pass the associated assessments, will be awarded the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Practitioner qualification.
What You'll Learn
Participants will learn to conduct thorough audits aligned with ISO 19011 guidelines, applying best practices for audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up. Through hands-on training, they will master techniques for gathering and evaluating audit evidence, identifying and addressing nonconformities, and implementing corrective actions.

Entry Requirements
• Aged 21 and above;
• Have minimum GCE “N”, “O” or “A” Level / NITEC or a diploma qualification and minimum 1 year of working experience; and
• Have an English language proficiency equivalent or higher of any of the following - GCSE N/O Levels pass in English / WPLN Level 5 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL (internet based total) 46-59.
