- identify surfaces, select appropriate receptacles/racks for storage, and safely handle and clean different types of crockery and cutlery.
- display required safety signages appropriately during cleaning.
- use PPE correctly during cleaning.
- apply SOPs to clean areas, handle used crockery/cutlery safely and remove dust/debris/soilage and spills effectively.
- perform end-to-end cleaning of the food shop according to organizational procedures.
- secure and dispose waste to prevent spillage / contamination.
- clean the refuse-holding area while ensuring water saving compliance.
- replenish consumables to ensure service continuity.
- identify and respond details to the appropriate person when task cannot be done.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should preferably:
1. Be above 18 years of age
2. Able to speak, listen, and read English at a proficiency level equivalent to
Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level
(WPL) 1.
3. Minimum primary or lower education
4. No prior cleaning work experience required.
