About This Course
The Family Law Masterclass for the Advanced Practitioner traverses the breadth and depth of family matters. While the standard topics such as matrimonial and divorce proceedings, maintenance, adopt, maintenance, will be covered, their treatment will focus on complex issues that experienced family lawyers may encounter or are increasingly encountering in their practice, such as pre-nuptial agreements, co-mingling of assets, gay adoption and enforcement of foreign divorce orders.
The course is targeted at family law practitioners with at least 5 years of family law practice experience.
