About This Course

This is a module under the Specialist Diploma in Aerospace Engineering.

What You'll Learn

This module offers two distinct pathways: An advanced study of aerospace topics via SUSS module or specialised training module. The advanced study pathway includes options from SUSS elective modules such as Aerospace Management, Fundamentals of Corrosion and Fracture Mechanics, Manufacturing Systems, and Reliability-Centred Maintenance, providing participants with in-depth knowledge in these areas. Alternatively, the specialized training pathway is tailored to cover various subjects that are relevant to unique requirements of the company.

Entry Requirements

Diploma: Graduates with a polytechnic diploma or ITE Technical Diploma or equivalent.

WSQ Diploma: Relevant WSQ Advanced Certificate (or higher) with 1 year of relevant working experience and Level 6 for both WSQ Workplace Literacy SOA & Workplace Numeracy SOA.

Without any of the relevant academic qualifications: Participants will be subjected to an entry assessment/interview if they do not meet the above minimum entry requirement.

Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least five (5) years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted will have to go through an interview and/or entrance test.
