About This Course
This is a module under the Specialist Diploma in Enhanced Human Resource Skills.
What You'll Learn
This module provides students with a working knowledge on the key HR Analytics principles that will allow them to apply the right concepts and principles to their respective work environment. Students will go through a series of analytics exercises from problem definition to data collection and preparation, to data analyses and storytelling, where they will learn and practice the tools and techniques to turn data into useful insights for decision making. They will also learn about specific HR functional analytics, such as talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
Entry Requirements
Applicants need to have a minimum diploma qualification in any related area of human resources from recognised institutions. Applicants from other disciplines must have at least one (1) year of working experience in the area of human resources.
Recognition of Prior Learning:
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least five (5) years relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Eligible applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test.
