What You'll Learn

This course guides participants in identifying employee needs through effective needs assessments, enabling a deeper understanding of workforce challenges and priorities. Learners will also explore data-driven approaches to assess overall organisational well-being, using insights to inform strategies for improvement. With this foundation, participants will learn to develop and implement supportive and inclusive work environments that foster employee well-being and organisational success.

Aligned with the IHRP Mindsets and Competencies, this module reinforces the ability to Lead with Principles and Values, ensuring organisations uphold Operational Excellence and Value Generation while prioritising employee well-being as a strategic advantage.

Entry Requirements

Applicants need to have a minimum diploma qualification in any related area of human resources from recognised institutions. Applicants from other disciplines must have at least one (1) year of working experience in the area of human resources.

Recognition of Prior Learning:
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least five (5) years relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Eligible applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test.
