This course will help the organisation to administer receiving, processing, delivery and optimisation processes for orders, in order to support business and customer requirements

Years of Experience:
There are no minimum requirements for entry although any experience in Wholesale Trade industry or Purchasing or Procurement would be able to aid the learner in making sense of the learning materials presented throughout the course.
Assumed Attitude:
• Willingness to learn and apply the knowledge and skills to the workplace
Assumed Skills and Knowledge
• Age: 21 years and above
• Read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WPLN level 4 or above.
• Communicate information effectively and work in a team.
• Understand and apply factual and procedural knowledge.
• Apply basic cognitive and technical skills to carry out defined tasks and solve routine problems using simple procedures and tools.
• Use limited discretion in resolving issues or enquires.
