About This Course
This course is aimed for the Procurement Manager/Sourcing Manager/ Operation Manager who tasked with formulating the organisational strategies to source for, manage and review supplier contracts.
He/she involved in managing and reviewing supplier partnerships and contracts, review and evaluate tender documents as well as invite
quotes from product suppliers.
In addition, he/she is an independent worker and effective team player who is able to motivate and drive performance of his team members.
What You'll Learn
- Lead team on supplier sourcing in local and overseas market.
2. Evaluation of quality standards and vendor documents.
- Evaluate products and/or services against required quality standards and established code of conduct according to organisational standards
- Obtain quotes from product suppliers
- Negotiate contractual terms, supply arrangement and document according to established organisational procedures
- Review and evaluate tender documents
3. Approval process from management
- Seek management approval for selected suppliers

Track 1
Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualific
ation i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level (WPLN) 6 or above.

“O” Level English & Maths – Grade B
Track 2
