What You'll Learn
Establish the contract management that includes clear parameters, vendors’ roles and responsibilities, implications of contractual issues.
2. Vendor’s performance validation.
Validate the vendors using the appropriate vendor performance relationships in terms Health, Safety and Environment factors, service delivery, and major contractual breaches.
3. Vendor engagement and relationships.
Control the vendors’ performance using appropriate techniques includes negotiation with vendors, resolving complaints, build and maintaining good relationships with vendors and/or service providers

Track 1
Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency le
vel of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numer
acy Level (WPLN) 6 or above.

Track 2

AND
Advanced Certificate in Procurement Management
