About This Course

The AI-powered Human Capital Innovation Course is a 2-day applied programme designed to empower Human Resources (HR) professionals, people managers, and organisational leaders to use behavioural science and Artificial intelligence (AI) to drive workforce transformation. It is Singapore’s only Human Capital-focused, AI-powered behavioural insights programme, offering participants a practical and future-ready learning journey with hands-on experience in applying behavioural science through an enterprise-grade platform.

At the core of the programme is the AI-Powered Nudge Studio, which connects with organisational databases to enable the deployment of nudges across teams and departments. Participants gain practical skills in launching nudges in workplace settings while monitoring and tracking behavioural outcomes through built-in analytics dashboards. This ensures nudges are not only well-designed but also measurable and optimised for organisational impact.

The AI Studio gives participants practical, hands-on experience of usage. Key features include:
- Nudge Prototyping: Participants create and test nudges on the platform, learning how to translate behavioral insights into digital interventions.
- Dashboard Analytics: Participants access real-time feedback on adoption, impact, and engagement, linking nudges to measurable outcomes.
- Use Case Development: Facilitators guide participants to design nudges for concrete organizational priorities such as performance appraisals, learning program uptake, wellness initiatives, and Human Resources(HR) operations efficiency.
