About This Course
LU1 starts by creating an understanding of the organisational vision and climate so that the learners can adapt he/her people development initiatives and align them to the organisational environment.
In LU2. once the learners have understood the organisational climate, they will then master techniques to help their team members develop their careers aligned to the organisation’s capability development to attain their personal and professional goals.
In this LU3, as the learners have learnt to align the team member personal capabilities development to the organisation’s, they will learn how to engage their team members better through coaching to explore new opportunities for development.
