What You'll Learn

CATIA is the de-facto CAD software in the aerospace industries. This module aims to impart aeronautical students with CAD skills using CATIA. The module is designed to impart fundamentals of solid modelling, surface modelling and Sheet metal design in the context of Aerospace. Generation of 2D Engineering drawings and assembly drawings are also covered.

GCE ‘O’ Levels
3 relevant passes and 1-year relevant working experience:

Nitec
GPA > 3.5 OR GPA > 3.0 and 1 year of relevant working experience

Higher Nitec
GPA > 2.0 OR GPA > 1.5 and 1 year of relevant working experience

WSQ Diploma
Relevant WSQ Qualification with 1 year of relevant working experience and WSQ Workplace Literary Statement of Attainment (SOA) (Level 5) AND Workplace Numeracy Statement of Attainment (SOA) (Level 6)

Without relevant academic qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
