What You'll Learn
Lead and manage projects using DMAIC methodology end-to-end
Use appropriate data collection plans, perform MSA, and apply statistical tools (e.g., mean, standard deviation, Cp, Cpk)
Apply hypothesis testing, regression, and DOE to identify and validate improvement opportunities
Use change tools (e.g., Force Field Analysis), manage stakeholders, and develop implementation plans
Design and implement control plans, use control charts, sustain gains
Select and lead projects aligned to business strategy and CI goals
Communicate improvement results to stakeholders, lead teams, and present recommendations

Entry Requirements
Poly Diploma, Knowledge on Excel, GCE "O" Level English, 2 years working experience in manufacturing.
