This course is relevant for learners in Singapore’s security and facility management industries, including Security Officers, Senior Security Officers, Supervisors, Operations Managers, Security Agency Owners, and frontline officers who need to prepare and submit reports in their course of work. It is also suitable for individuals who need to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and support career development.
2. Learners need to be able to speak, read, and understand basic English to follow the course instructions and participate in activities. There are no formal academic prerequisites, but participants need basic familiarity with using a mobile phone or digital device for simple online navigation.
3. For learners with limited digital literacy, the facilitator will act as a tech coach, providing step-by-step guidance and demonstrations to ensure participants can successfully complete the learning activities.
