What You'll Learn

This module introduces enterprise processes and digitalisation through ERP systems. Participants develop skills in process mapping and explore how digitalisation enhances business operations. Key topics include ERP applications in sales, purchasing, and inventory management, with a focus on digital transformation’s impact on business performance. Learning outcomes include analysing business processes, understanding ERP concepts, and gaining hands-on experience with ERP software such as Sage 300 (or equivalent). The module combines lectures with lab sessions, equipping participants with practical skills in ERP systems and business process mapping using tools such as Microsoft Visio (or equivalent). This prepares participants for roles in digitally driven business environments.

Entry Requirements

GCE ‘O’ Levels 3 relevant passes and at least 1-year relevant working experience:

Subjects/Min. Grade:
1. English: 6
2. Mathematics (Elementary or Additional): 6
3. Any one mother subject excluding CCA: 6

FT Nitec:
GPA > 3.5 OR GPA > 3.0 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience

PT Nitec in Technology/Services:
GPA > 3.5 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience

FT Higher Nitec:
GPA > 2.0 OR GPA > 1.5 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience

PT Higher Nitec in Technology/Services:
GPA > 2.0 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience

WSQ Diploma:
Relevant WSQ Advanced Certificate (or higher) with at least 1 year of relevant working experience and Level 6 for both WSQ Workplace Literacy SOA & Workplace Numeracy SOA.

Without any of the relevant academic qualifications:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
