This course equips non-technical and frontline workers with essential digital skills for the modern workplace. Use monitoring tools to track application performance and collect key data
Identify application bugs or problems and apply appropriate troubleshooting actions, escalating issues where resolution is not possible
Perform basic application maintenance by carrying out routine updates and cleanup activities to ensure optimal performance
Manage application improvements by identifying types of change requests, documenting them accurately, and collating user feedback systematically
