About This Course
This programme builds both the mindset and skills needed to role-model the organisation’s service vision, mission and values. Through interactive learning, reflection, and practical application, learners will develop the ability to contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s culture and enhance team effectiveness.
Suitable for all levels of the organisation, this course empowers learners to understand how their daily contributions connect to the organisation’s goals, deliver work that reflects the organisation’s service vision, mission and values and monitor their own performance with greater accountability and ownership.
Note that this is not a Progressive Wage Model (PWM) course.

For this course, learners are assumed to have or be able to…
1. Have an understanding of the organization’s structure, standard operating procedures and guidelines on their respective functions
2. Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3
