(DHL) Optimising Global Supply Chains: Strategies for Efficiency and Innovation
About This Course
This course equips participants with the skills to analyse, improve, and strategically manage logistics and supply chain operations. It focuses on analysing the key elements and interrelationships within supply chain operations, followed by the design and implementation of process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
A central element is collaborative supply chain analysis, where learners develop a framework to analyse current models and create future-ready new operating models in partnership with stakeholders. The course culminates in the ability to implement strategic plans based on projected future demands and customer needs, and to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented optimisation plans and new operating models.
