What You'll Learn
This course will equip caregivers to assess, manage and treat skin wounds. Trainees will learn the knowledge, skills and techniques of understanding common skin disorders (especially among the elderly), conducting general skin assessment, managing and treating skin wounds (skin excoriation, skin tears, pressure injury), knowing different types of wound care products, and applying appropriate wound medication and dressing.
