PWM-Landscape: Hazards and Risk Control, and Policy Management (Level 3)
About This Course
This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Landscape Sector.
On successful completion of this unit, the participant will be able to:
1. Interpret workplace safety and health policies, procedures and programmes
2. Plan Risk Management for Landscape industry including conducting risk assessment, controlling and monitoring the risks according to the RMCP
3. Communicate risks to all persons involved and in compliance with the RMCP.
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
Learners should meet the basic entry requirements below:
1. At least 1 year of experience in the landscape industry in Singapore
2. Able to understand and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employment Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
3. Able to work outdoor, under the sun, for an extended period of time
4. Be medically fit with no medical or physical conditions that could impede the ability to participate in the course
