About This Course

As part of the programme, learners will undertake a 90-hour workplace practicum that provides a structured platform to apply their skills in a real-world retail setting. This workplace attachment allows learners to navigate actual business processes and organizational workflows under professional guidance.

Throughout the practicum, learners will also be exposed to current retail industry practices, tools, and technologies, enhancing their awareness of evolving customer expectations.

Upon successful completion of this program, learners will be able to gain the practical competence required to excel in the retail sector.

What You'll Learn

To provide learners with a structured opportunity to apply the full spectrum of customer experience knowledge and skills acquired across the modules in a real-world organizational setting. The practicum is designed to reinforce learning through hands-on experience, collaboration, and reflective practice under the supervision of a designated mentor or supervisor.

Entry Requirements

Age: 21 years old

Language: Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level of the Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 5.

Academic: Obtained at least a Pass/ C6 at GCE O-Level in English/ ITE qualification or Diploma and above.
