ITIL 4 Foundation Exam Preparation Programme (Synchronous E-Learning)
About This Course
This ITIL 4 Foundation Exam Preparation Program is a preparatory course designed to help learners be well positioned to independently attempt the ITIL 4 Foundation certification examination.
It does not confer the ITIL 4 certification, but provides structured, exam-aligned preparation based on the official ITIL® 4 framework.
The course builds a clear understanding of ITIL 4 service management principles, including key concepts, terminology, service delivery models, SLAs, and the alignment of IT services with business objectives. Learners are introduced to the ITIL Service Value System (SVS) and core ITIL practices, with emphasis on how these are tested in the Foundation exam.
Trainer-led preparation helps learners interpret ITIL concepts accurately, avoid common exam pitfalls, and translate practical experience into exam-ready knowledge. By the end of the program, learners will have the confidence and conceptual grounding needed to prepare effectively for the ITIL 4 Foundation examination on their own.
