Sustainability & Innovation Excellence for Employees
About This Course
The Sustainability & Innovation Excellence for Employees course is designed for basic to intermediate level learners, particularly employees across various job roles who are required to support organisational sustainability and innovation initiatives in their workplace. The course equips learners with foundational knowledge of sustainability concepts, standards, and organisational practices, while developing practical skills to contribute to energy management, sustainable operations, and continuous improvement efforts. Through Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)-enhanced learning activities, learners will leverage AI-powered tools to analyse sustainability data, generate insights from complex information, and develop evidence-based solutions more efficiently.
Through a structured and progressive learning approach augmented by GenAI applications, learners will be guided from understanding sustainability fundamentals to applying sustainability solutions within building systems, site operations, and daily work practices. The course integrates AI-powered research tools for literature reviews on sustainability frameworks, natural language processing applications for analysing audit reports and regulatory documents, and GenAI-assisted scenario planning for evaluating sustainability improvement options. This technology-enhanced approach enables learners to support sustainability goals, improve resource efficiency, and contribute to responsible operations aligned with organisational and regulatory requirements while developing critical digital competencies essential for modern workplace sustainability practices.
