Redesigning Jobs: Continuous learning in the post-AI world
About This Course
Artificial intelligence and automation are rapidly transforming how jobs are structured, how tasks are distributed, and how people learn at work. As technology takes over repeatable tasks, new roles are emerging — requiring individuals and organizations to rethink job design and invest in continuous learning.
This course provides a strategic and practical foundation for redesigning jobs in the context of AI disruption. Learners will explore how to assess the impact of automation on workforce roles, develop adaptive learning strategies, and embed reskilling and upskilling into the flow of work. The course also examines how public and private sector resources can be aligned to support large-scale workforce transformation and how learning and development (L&D) programs can be upgraded and evaluated using modern digital tools.
