"This course is designed for professionals responsible for planning, implementing, or managing Quality Management System (QMS) audits based on ISO 9001. Participants will learn how to apply fundamental auditing principles to design, implement, and manage effective ISO 9001 audit programmes that align with organisational and regulatory requirements. The course develops practical skills in analysing audit programme needs, establishing structured and risk-based audit frameworks, and ensuring audits support compliance and continual improvement. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to plan, monitor, review, and improve audit programmes to enhance the effectiveness and reliability of organisational quality management systems.

• Learners will be able to coordinate with external quality accreditation bodies for a third-party audit.
• Learners will be able to set up appropriate external audit and verification activities.
• Learners will be able to monitor and implement corrective actions arising from non-conformance and dispute resolutions.
• Learners will be able to facilitate dispute resolution and mediation process arising from non-conformance.
• Learners will be able to perform structured random sampling of ISO 9001 requirements of audit activities to verify effectiveness of audit outcomes.
The CQI IRCA certification and cost are not included in this course and are undertaken separately with the relevant certification body."
