About This Course

This a Module under the Diploma in Design (Interior Design).

What You'll Learn

The module aims to provide the opportunity for students to conduct an intensive investigation and development of a personal portfolio designed to best present their works in a highly professional and visually compelling manner. At the end of the module, students should have an impressionable, professional design portfolio that allows them to remain competitive and distinctive in the industry.
Students may also gain exposure to emerging technologies such as AI as supportive tools for design research, ideation, and enhancing the creative process in crafting a distinctive and impactful portfolio.

Entry Requirements

GCE ‘O’ Levels
3 relevant passes and 1-year relevant working experience:
English Language: 1-7
Mathematics (Elementary or Additional): 1-7
Any other subject excluding CCA: 1-6

FT Nitec
Nitec in Space Design (Interior & Exhibition), Space Design (Architecture) or related design discipline with GPA >= 3.5
OR
Nitec in Space Design (Interior & Exhibition), Space Design (Architecture) or related design discipline with GPA >= 3.0 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

PT Nitec in Technology/Services
GPA > 3.5 and 1 year of relevant working experience

FT Higher Nitec Higher Nitec with GPA >=2.0
OR
Higher Nitec with GPA >=1.5 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

PT Higher Nitec in Technology/Services
GPA > 2.0 and 1 year of relevant working experience

WSQ Diploma
Relevant WSQ Advanced Certificate (or higher) with 1 year of relevant working experience and Level 6 for both WSQ Workplace Literacy SOA & Workplace Numeracy SOA.
