About This Course
This intensive, hands-on module provides participants with an end-to-end introduction to Microsoft Power Platform automation, combining Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop (RPA), SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Forms, Office Scripts, and AI Builder capabilities.
Participants will start with the basics of Office 365 Enterprise and cloud-based automation, progressing to desktop automation for repetitive tasks, intelligent AI-powered workflows, and advanced event-driven scenarios. Practical exercises include form-triggered flows, approval workflows, web and Excel automation, file management, data scraping, and AI-based data extraction from documents and emails.
The module culminates in a real-world project, where participants design and implement an automation solution for a chosen use case. Guided consultations ensure participants can troubleshoot challenges, optimize workflows, and deliver a functional automation project ready for deployment.
