About This Course
This hands-on module introduces participants to the principles of Lean and the concept of learning to see opportunities for process improvement. Through interactive exercises, they will gain experience in Value Stream Mapping to capture the current state of a process, identify bottlenecks, and envision a more efficient future state. Participants will also be introduced to simulation for decision making using FlexSim. They will learn how to build and experiment with basic process flow models to evaluate improvement scenarios, support informed decision-making, and optimize processes before implementation.
