About This Course
This is a 9 hour course focused on applying advanced communication skills successfully, with beneficial impact on skills, knowledge and behavioural change. The course is a funded programme mapped to SSG's WSQ TSC "Workplace Communications". Industries where workplace communication strategies would be key include human resources, healthcare, education, coaching, retail, marketing & communications, finance and digital technology. Specific job roles include project managers, outreach ambassadors, relationship managers and heads of department. Professionals, managers and executives may expect better outcomes for employment or job upgrading. Senior management and leadership would appreciate skills leading to better communication with internal and external stakeholders. All our trainers are WSQ certified and competency for issuance of Statement of Attainment is based on WSQ TSC standards. In addition, this course is relevant for communications strategists and internal coaches keen to obtain training hours from the ICF (International Coaching Federation) as our coaching academy is also a certified coach training provider with the ICF.
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
Learners must have O level qualifications or WPLN level 5 English. They may have either a valid ICF ACC certification or equivalent, have a portfolio demonstrating competency and recency, or relevant work experience in a senior leadership role, or letters of recommendation. An interview may be required.
