About This Course
The course is a 16-hour programme conducted over two days, designed for security officers who have completed the Level 1 CCTC qualification.
It equips participants with advanced skills to manage complex traffic scenarios, including junction control, work zone management, crowd control at large events, heavy vehicle coordination, and emergency response.
What You'll Learn
On completion of this unit, you will have the advanced knowledge and ability in conducting crowd and traffic control operations and be able to apply them to complex workplace scenarios. This includes:
- Supervise and manage difficult crowd situations
- Handle escalated problems with professional communication
- Coordinate complex traffic scenarios including work zones
- Manage vehicle accidents and incidents through prescribed procedures
- Ensure smooth traffic flow and enforcement actions
- Apply LTA Code of Practice for work zone traffic control

Entry Requirements
1. Candidates must be above the age of 16 at the time of application.
2. No minimum educational entry requirements. However, candidates must meet the required workplace literacy and numeracy level and should possess the relevant assumed skills and knowledge.
