About This Course
This course prepares trainees to perform effectively in the tourism and attractions sector by equipping them with practical skills in managing attraction and resort operations, delivering service excellence and leading teams in diverse work environments. On completion of this course, trainees will be able to support business operations through efficient resource utilisation, effective stakeholder communication and manage attraction or resort operations, including crowd control, guests experience, ride operations and event coordination in accordance with safety and hygiene requirements.
