What You'll Learn
This PDC consists of the two modules: (i) Process Automation and (ii) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Applications.
This PDC aims to provide students with an understanding of change management systems and intelligent process automation. Students will learn to use design thinking methods to find bottlenecks through business process analyses and to suggest ways to optimise them through intelligent automation techniques. The practical training that students receive in RPA applications will enable students to automate rules-based and manual aspects of business processes. Students can apply their classroom knowledge and skills acquired in the course to tackle a real-world industry project.
