Claude for Business Productivity
About This Course
In this 2-days course, participants will transform their daily operations by integrating Claude Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a strategic digital partner. We move past basic prompt-and-response interactions to master Claude Cowork, a revolutionary autonomous desktop capability that allows Claude to execute multi-step tasks, from tidying your file systems to drafting entire project reports from scattered notes.
Through hands-on labs, you will build your own Claude Project knowledge bases, curate a personal Prompt Vault for recurring tasks, and leverage Claude Artifacts to build instant business tools without writing code. The session concludes with a Mobile Automation segment, showing you how to trigger complex business workflows while on the move, culminating in a Mini-Project where you will build and launch a fully functional AI-automated business process.
What You'll Learn
• Apply Claude Cowork: Login and supervise Claude as an autonomous desktop agent to handle file organization, data extraction, and cross-application workflows.
• Architect Claude Projects: Construct centralized "knowledge hubs" by uploading company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), brand voices, and technical data to ensure Claude remains grounded in your specific business context.
• Master the Prompt Vault: Curate and optimize a library of high-leverage prompts using eXtensible Markup Language (XML) tagging and variables to ensure consistent, executive-grade output every time.
• Build with Artifacts: Rapidly prototype business dashboards, interactive calculators, and visual process maps directly within the Claude interface.
• Activate Mobile Workflows: Use the Claude mobile app to dictate field notes, summarize recordings, and trigger "Project" tasks while away from the desk.
• Design an Automated Workflow: Conceptualize and build an end-to-end automated business solution (e.g., an automated lead responder or a monthly report generator) from scratch.
