Certified Professional Innovator (CPI): Innovation Jumpstart
About This Course
Innovation Jumpstart is an intensive five day executive program that equips leaders with the mindset, frameworks, and practical tools needed to lead innovation initiatives within complex organizations.
Participants learn how innovation emerges from the interaction of diverse perspectives, constructive conflict, and structured experimentation. Using the Innovation Code framework, the program introduces methods for identifying opportunities, defining meaningful challenges, generating creative solutions, and navigating organizational resistance to change.
Through a combination of conceptual instruction, practical exercises, and team-based project development, participants begin developing a real innovation initiative relevant to their organization. Teams apply tools such as environmental scanning, stakeholder analysis, creativity techniques, and experimentation design to transform ideas into actionable innovation projects.
The program emphasizes experiential learning and follows a “See One – Do One – Teach One” approach that encourages hands-on application and collaborative problem solving.
By the end of the program, participants will have formed innovation teams, developed a clear problem statement, generated solution concepts, and created an initial strategy for implementing their innovation project within their organization.
