Science of Learning with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Workplace Programme Design
About This Course
Redesign workplace learning by integrating the Science of Learning with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create more effective, technology-enabled learning experiences.
As organisations adopt AI in the workplace, there is a growing need to design learning experiences that are both effective and technology-enabled. This 16-hour AI training course in Singapore equips workplace learning practitioners (such as Learning and Development (L&D) professionals, trainers, and instructional designers) with the knowledge and skills to apply the Science of Learning alongside AI and digital tools.
Participants will explore how learning science principles support adult, workplace-based learning in a professional setting, and how AI tools can be used to support engagement, retention, and transfer of learning. Through real-world examples, the course introduces a range of technology-enabled and Generative AI (GenAI)-enhanced approaches, while also addressing ethical considerations and data privacy.
Through hands-on, experiential activities, participants will design and facilitate blended learning experiences that combine face-to-face and digital modalities and leverage AI tools for collaborative inquiry and research. By the end of the course, participants will be able to design a workplace learning module that integrates Science of Learning principles with technology and AI in a responsible, learner-centred way, aligned with organisational needs.
