About This Course
This module introduces learners to the latest technologies used in trade, logistics and supply chain management. Learners will be equipped with analytics skills to facilitate data-backed decision-making in trade, logistics and supply chain operations. It also introduces sustainability as one of the key drivers in businesses today and the role played by technology in sustainable business practices.

On completion of this module, learners are able to:
1. Explain how technology can assist in companies’ effort to achieve sustainability in their business practices.
2. Investigate and discuss the plans and strategies on how corporations are adopting circular economy and green logistics.
3. Assess the usage of Internet of Things in powering digital connectivity in Supply Chain Management
4. Investigate and discuss the use of technology such as AGVs, sensors and drones in Fulfillment Management and Transportation.
5. Evaluate augmented reality and robotics solutions for automation in warehouse and fulfillment management.
