About This Course
This is a module under the Specialist Diploma in Data Protection & AI Governance.
What You'll Learn
The module equips students on Data Protection Trust Mark (DPTM) principles and how to develop and enhance compliance processes based on an evaluation of gaps in business and IT operations. In addition, the module also equips students on how to develop and implement guidelines, laws, and regulations across the organisation for handling of data at various stages of its lifecycle.
Entry Requirements
Students enrolled in the Specialist Diploma in Data Protection & AI Governance must satisfy at least one of the following entry requirements:
• Applicants should have a Polytechnic Diploma* or higher qualification in any discipline from a local public sector educational institution (PSEI).
*NYP, NP, RP, SP, or TP
• Recognition of Prior Learning
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness.
