About This Course
This is a module under the Specialist Diploma in Data Protection & AI Governance.
What You'll Learn
The module equips students on how to develop incident management procedures and synthesise the incident-related evidence, resolve incidents and establish mitigating and preventive solutions. In addition, the module also equips students on how to assess existing and potential risks within a defined functional area, develop risk countermeasures and contingency plans, as well as manage stakeholder engagement.
Entry Requirements
Students enrolled in the Specialist Diploma in Data Protection & AI Governance must satisfy at least one of the following entry requirements:
• Applicants should have a Polytechnic Diploma* or higher qualification in any discipline from a local public sector educational institution (PSEI).
*NYP, NP, RP, SP, or TP
• Recognition of Prior Learning
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness.
