Entry Requirements
Below are the recommended minimum participant prerequisites for entry into this training programme. These prerequisites have been verified as essential to successful performance in the programme and on the job.
1) Physical traits or abilities
a) Fit and healthy, Good eye sight to Jaeger 2
b) Colour blindness
c) Able to stand for long periods of time
d) Able to express ideas and practice in a team based establishment
2) Previously learned skills
a) have basic knowledge of engineering industry
b) able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) level 4;
c) be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 4; and
d) be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 4
