About This Course
This course on Applied Generative and Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Workflow Automation and Workplace Productivity adopts a project-based learning approach to enable learners to identify and address real workplace inefficiencies using AI-driven solutions. Learners will work on a real-world project, where they analyse existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design practical AI-enabled solutions that support digital transformation initiatives.
Through the application of Generative AI and Agentic AI, learners will translate common business challenges into smarter workflows that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and improve decision-making. They will also present their findings, proposed solutions, and recommendations for workplace transformation.
The course comprises:
• Instructor-led guided hands-on exercises
• Individual or group-based project to design and experiment with an AI-enabled workflow solution for a business scenario, including implementation strategies, prototype validation, and recommendations for future adoption.
• Final presentation to demonstrate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes while facilitating peer learning and knowledge sharing
